Cancellation Policy

Your time to relax

If you would like to cancel your massage service, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by phone or email. We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel couples massages, and 72 hours for Corporate events requiring three or more Therapists. A $125 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file for all cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice before the scheduled service.  A $50 cancellation fee will be charged per Therapist for cancellations on couples and groups with less than the 48 to 72 hour window.  No shows will result in a charge to your credit card on file for the full cost of the service.
